There is strong consensus for electoral reform across the Labour movement - with the vast majority of members, CLPs and affiliated trade unions committed to PR for general elections. Labour must take action in office to tackle the alienation and distrust caused by First Past the Post - and deliver on Keir Starmer's promise of "a new government AND a new way of governing.
